Manuka research

What does manuka mean:
The word mānuka is a unique name in Aotearoa used to refer to Leptospermum scoparium and occasionally kānuka as well. I think It is called a tea tree too. here are some words that you can call a manuka. Manuka, Kahikatoa, Pata.

Where would you find the manuka (tea tree):
The tea tree is small and you will find it shrub found around New Zeland. Particularly in drier areas where it is generally the dominant shrubland.

What does a manuka look like:
If I was to describe the manuka I would say it looked like it is pink and in the middle, it is a darker pink and there is a bit of green
How can humans use this plant:
humans can use this plant by making tea out of it and I think you can make honey out of it and it will heel scratches, stings, bites wounds.

I think that this was fun and I really loved researching the plant because I learnt so much about the manuka.
